The Ministerial Task Force was set up between January and April 2014 to validate the new standards for school infrastructure and equipment in order to harmonize the interventions of the various actors in the sector and ensure compliance with construction standards. These new standards integrate the school prototypes developed by the PARIS programme of the Swiss cooperation agency SDC. They were enforced on 1th April 2014 by ministerial decree.
