The simple family house was build in prefabricted wooden element, with natural material and with a limited budget. Its design was optimized to reduce the construction costs while preserving the quality of the inner space, light and using exclusively natural materials. The 14 x 6 m two storeys building lies on prefabricated cement foundation pits. Living spaces are open in front towards the landscape and at the rear by small opening catching the view on the mountain. The traditional expression of the house with its tile roof and its external plastering was imposed by the local building regulations.
